Dr. William G. Journigan
President and Chief Executive Officer
Dr. William G. Journigan is the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Journi-Tech Corporation. He currently holds a doctorate in Business Administration with an emphasis in Higher Education Learning and Innovation. Dr. Journigan has 19 years of experience leading process improvement efforts, is a Master Black Belt and Scrum Master, and has led enterprise-wide deployment of Lean Six Sigma methodologies for 40-plus companies. Dr. Journigan has coached and mentored personnel in improvement efforts in Construction Operations, Healthcare Operations, Air Cargo Shipments, Science and Technology, Light duty Mechanical Operations, Finance and Accounting, Contracting, Information Technology Deployments, Marine Operations, and many more. He has trained over 1,000 personnel from US Navy, US Coast Guard, US Marine Corps, Defense Logistics Agency, UIC, Homeland Security, and various contractors.
Mr. Mike Raza
Chief Education Officer
Mr. Mike Raza is the Chief Education Officer at Journi-Tech Corporation. He has trained over 2,000 students and developed course curricula for Lean and Six Sigma training and education. Mr. Raza is a Change Management Consulting Resource that has over 25 years of experience leading change in large and small organizations in all industries around the world. His ability to adapt to different environments enables him to lead Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and Strategy engagements to deliver change that enable organizations to survive and strive in an ever-changing world. Mr. Raza also coaches organization resources throughout the enterprise, from executives to Six Sigma practitioners and Lean practitioners. He provides this coaching through the stages of change from the process to the enterprise level. As well, Mike combines his Lean Six Sigma and Agile background to streamline workflows and implement change to better align applications with current customer and organization needs.
